Charles L. Blockson
Charles Blockson is an educator, collector, historian and author. He is also the Curator Emeritus of the Charles L. Blockson Afro-American Collection at Temple University. It’s one of the nation’s largest privately formed collections of black history materials, which encompasses more than 150,000 African, African American, and African Caribbean items dating as far back as 1557.
